Hmm, I'll have to re-check down there I guess. I looked twice and didn't see anything unconnected near the gearbox tho. I did connect the round connector , and although i don't remember removing more than 1 from the tranny I'll triple check anyway. Thanks for the tip.

As far as I know it's just extra. I found it maybe a dozen years ago.
Lucky would be a blown EFI fuse.

? So how tall are you...? I'm only 6'8"...

I'm 6'10" and I have headroom when the seat is reclined a bit, it's rather amazing actually :icon_razz .
One last question, I'll check this when I get home from work. When setting the dizzy, I couldn't find a tick mark on the gear itself, so I assume I use the metal circle imbedded into the shaft? Do I line the tick on the housing up with the centre of the circle, or the leading edge, or what? I need help on this and I'm fairly certain the car will start :)

Quick and dirty. Set number one to TDC. Timing mark to 0. with the rotor on it should point to 1 on the cap. You'll either be close or 180 out.
I saw this on this board complete with pix in the last few days of looking around. Sorry, I don't remember exactly where.
