Need a part identified

Hi,
My vacuum modulator broke and I can't get any info on what this does, circled in black that goes to the rear turbo intake pipe. Right now I'm just running a straight hose. The little plastic valve is what broke. I looked on the 2J parts list and didn't find anything like it. Ignore the red circle, I clipped the pic from the old style new style intake pic that everyones seen.

Thanks, I ran that number at the dealer here and of course they don't have it. Guess Ill get it from champion.
