Need 1j help

hey guys i am getting ready to drop my motor in my shell but i wanna swap on a 2j water pump. do i have to remove the whole braket from the 1j? I got some bolts out and it seems lose but wont come off. also what parts do i need to order from a 2j water setup? and will the 1j pully work?

You have to swap the whole assembly (bracket??).. You will need to take off the timing belt & covers to get the waterpump off.. There are a few bolts behind it.

Remove all front covers.
Remove the crank pulley.
Remove timing belt.
Remove waterpump front and rear sections
Install 2jzgte water pump front and rear.
Put everything else back on correctly.

I'll sell you a stock 2jzgte waterpump pulley for $28 shipped.

wow thax guys, i mite take you up on that offer Ric just let me see what the price is at work for me. On another note can anyone tell a good clutch that i can use with my JUN flywheel?
