woot, so Im under my car putting my exhaust back on and randomly grasp underneath the car so I can get some leverage to get the creeper moving... and feel this large metal piece just loose in there, upon investigation I get the thing out of there, only to find that there is the exact same piece on the other side, except the other one is secure: pics will do much better than my words... (click on pics to enlarge)
here is where I found it (credit to "Turbo Drifter" on sf for the pic)
here it is, out of the car (note the race gas :love: and thats garage carpet, its not the dirty in the house! )
here is my attempt to take a pic of the identical part on the other side of the car:

and for the record, the car is going down in the near future to fix all the underbody rust, 95% of the body rust is taken care of already.
