When swapping the NA motor out for a turbo 7m do i have to change the entire wiring harness or just the engine harness

just a turbo engine harness from the same year(s) and ecu. 86.5-88 are the same, early 89 has its own and late 89-92 are all the same. But all 89+ have the later ECU.
