have you checked along the drivers side strut area? i believe the smaller of two is just a check connector and the bigger one bigger one i think was for one of the old ac fans. you do have all the wires by the diag connector hooked up too right? check between that and the fuse box, that small one should have just been attached to the body in that area.
***** gave you incorrect info sorry, the small ones to an rfi type resistor, may be wrong term, that is located under the igniter, and the other should go to the igniter, or to the mating connector that comes from the fuse box.
