Its the perfect motor for going slidewayz

ALL the work is done by me in my own driveway. This car hasnt moved since January 3rd. I was savin up the money to do a single turbo, built head, and Haltech Standalone but i got fired back in march so plans have changed lol. Thats why my project is going so slow.

i would but im on a big budget and one of my buddies just gave me his old exhuast since i did his diff..my friend is running stock downpipe into a 2.5 inch exhaust on his 1j sc300 which sounds nice but he also has an electric cutout to make a little noise sometimes :biglaugh: which im probably gonna end up doing but not electric..if i had the money i would go 3 inch all the way back

haha i call it nisoyota 250sx lol i cant wait til its done too im taken it to drift nirvana at the end of september to see what it can do :biglaugh: ..i just need to do the front main seal timing belt 2j water pump and harness. i need a job to get my harness done tho i cant afford it unless i sell the parts i have that i dont need :cry:

Nice build! It will be a fun car! One suggestion might be a little more reliable to get rid of the stock twins and get a ct-26 adapter from driftmotion and get a ct-26 turbo off a 7M.

Or even better get a upgraded ct26 from driftmotion!

i would defanatly go ct26 but too much money lol i still gotta send out my harness to get modified .. sr20 was fine i shoulda just kept it but i wanted a motor that i can keep stock to daily drive and drift at the track yu kno. i was gonna do s15 sr20 but too expensive than i thought about rb25 but everyone has that in a 240 lol i just wantd to be diffrent you know what im saying and i have more power with a 1j. Not many people around my area really know what a 1jz is so it gets people confused lol

i still need to get a serpentine belt but i didnt know wether i should run AC or not. At this point i made up my mind about the AC pump so if anyone wants it price is 70obo. i cant really go on with my project til i get the crank bolt off to do timing belt, front main seal and water pump.. im having a really hard time getting the bolt off..the bolt for the crank is dam near stripped so if anyone is local around brunswick area with a truck to help me bring it to my friends shop or if you have an impact gun to get the bolt off let me know and ill buy you food and giv you money for gas as a token of my gratitude =)

ok so i may just go for an impact gun to remove the crank pulley bolt lol here is the aftermath of what happend to my socket. i used a long ass breaker bar and a 1/2 drive ratchet. always thought the ratchet would break before a socket

its a good ol american brand :biglaugh:

its not craftsman but i think its pretty much equivalent to craftsman..i think lol my powerbuilt brand sockets has never failed me. this is the first. i cant believe my socket broke just from trying to get the crankbolt off

FINALLY GOT THIS DAM CRANK BOLT OFFF !!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to help from JohnnyRedline and my neighbor whos a mechanic for mercedes lol

heres what i did yesterday morning. i replaced the front main seal and water pump. Yes i am taking my time since im still waiting on a couple things to come in the mail lol

Got the new front main seal in but i didnt really need to replace it since it wasnt leaking. The only thing that was leaking from my knowledge was the valve covers. Which was replaced after i polished them.

still need to do timing belt but just wanted to take a pic of a clean motor =D
