So left to do is
-welding up a v band flange and a bung on my downpipe
-painting intercooler piping and welding in iat sensor bung
-putting oil line and rod bolts and a rear main in
-maybe painting the bay
-then putting it together

Yea I gotta buy cobra caliper brackets, some custom lines, an exhaust, and boost controller, guage pod, boost guage, thats almost a grand right there lol then to have it painted buy some kind of suspension targa seals etc... the beautiful part about these cars is the amount of never complete they are

Told you that it wasn't possible for 2500. I've been there and done that, tried to limit myself to a budget only to find that what I was hoping for only covered the 'main parts' and not the stuff that hides itself til you need it.
I often joked I would get a license plate that said "NVR DUN"
