They're glass, normal compound won't work on them.

They're low to the ground and with the milage on these cars they're pretty well sandblasted...

Started making first round of brackets tonight. I think I have it all worked out, but I need to get some fog harnesses and enlist the help of a local member to get the lens protector sorted.

Keep an eye out for the first run of these... ;)

i dont know what the previos owner did to my car, but the windshield looks sandblasted as well. ive been trying everything i can think of on the fogs... no results though

They make kits to polish windsheilds that you could use on any glass on the car.

I've seen cars that have glass that is truely sandblasted from sandstorms in west Texas. If it's that bad, it's going t take a lot of work or replacement...
