Does anyone know of a legitimate, proven way to correct these blemishes?
I am hesitant to try anything because i dont want to damage the paint further. Thanks, guys.

Looks like clear coat cancer to me, and there is nothing that will "cure" it. A temporary fix would be to remove all the clear coat via wet sanding/compounding/polishing/waxing. This would leave you with a reasonable appearence but it wont have the shine of a new clear coat, and you run the risk of taking too much off and leaving next to no top coat.

If it was me, I would hit it with compound, then wax it up and start saving my pennies for a new paint job.

Personally, of all the Supra colors Ive seen, the one that stands out in my mind as unusual and stunning is KeithH's Beer bottle brown metallic (or whatever the actual color name is)

But really, unless you want the paint job to be A) extremely expensive or B) look like crap cause the outside doesnt match under the hood etc...I would just have it painted back to the factory color
