haha 1.5jz is best with smallish turbo. good for response but a little slow up top. awesome for that drifting thing I do...

Hey tom yeah this is a different car. I'm living in pdx now :)

Justin: Yeh cressida is a much lighter car and way more stealth. I had some probs on the dyno last night. Pretty sure this random miss is being caused by my 7m resister pack. I cant say for sure since I have no part to test with.

So all night long it made like 290-300 at 14 psi. Then the miss went away on one pull so it was the same shit until 6krpm then suddenly made over 400 for that little bit. I did it twice to make sure. Weird shit.

Even weirder is that the motor misses randomly but only when I plug in injector 6. When 6 is unplugged the motor runs evenly on 5 cylinders. If I plug 6 in and unplug others the car still misses. Then it gets weird. When I plug in a noid light instead of the 6 injector it causes the same random missing.

Crazy. If I can figure this out we're probably looking at 420whp at 14psi.

Oh and btw this thing made full boost at 3krpm :)

So it turns out I wired one coilpack backwards. It probably didn't fire right until up top because the dwell was too much to fire it backwards. Makes sense.

Low boost for now. 370-380 with torque fucking everywhere. 350 ft lbs at 3500 rpm :)

WOw awesome car dude. I had a supercharged Crown back in the day. that thing was so classy. this Cressida reminds me of it. I didn't know that Bride makes steering weels though.

Full boost at 3000rpm is insane. I think my gt35 doesn't make full boost (17psi) until 4800rpm. That's going to be one of the sleepiest sleepers of all time.
