MS office enables overtype mode in IE. Help!

Hey guys and gals, every now and then I trip overtype mode somehow when I am in internet explorer making a post. I have office word closed but I was wondering if it was a certain combo of keys that enable overtype or is my PC possessed?

I use word a lot and often the same thing happens when working on docs in there. I have to uncheck the overtype mode box.....:rant2:

Any ideas on why or how to prevent this would be helpful.

Ummm, I may have found the solution/cause..:naughty:

It is the ratbastard insert key causing my issue.
