Obviously you have the better setup.

It all comes down to whos a better driver though. Ive driven with Porsche's on some really tight hills around here and passed them simply cause the people couldnt hit their turns right. And we all know how awesome newer Porsche's handle in the right hands.

well lets see his truck is lighter and probably stiffer, z rated tires just mean they are rated to handle a high speed. As yellow said, it would come down to the driver. Plus when you say out handle wtf does that signify? nothing. Does it mean its stiffer in turns? does it mean it grips better? does it mean itd slalom faster? Handling tends to be pretty subjective... every vehicle handles different for a different driving style, and some people like the way one vehicle handles better than another. So in otherwords, neither of you could ever claim a definate win "handling"

P.S. Yellow...wtf is that thing in your sig haha its funny and i cant stop watching him dance.

Its the Gay America yard service from Chappelle show. Look up "Gay America" on youtube.com for the whole thing.

They could go to a skid pad and pay out the ass for people to run tests and measure the G's to prove which really handles better, but thatd just be pointless and stupid.

my buddy has a 928s in good condition and our neighbor swore up and down his old pos s10 could out handle the porsche because "my truck is lowered in the front and raised in the rear" even though it was all stock. it also had a "fixed up motor that was done by a hell's angel mechanic. it's not a regular 2.8, it's got something extra" but the trans went out on the truck before he could prove it.

then he got an old pos plymouth fury which could beat both my cars. he wanted to race the supra, and if he could beat that, he wanted to race the g35. i told him the supra is faster than the g, and both would destroy him, but he wouldn't listen. he went on about his big block 357 (which turned out to be the original small block 360) and he also told me it had a ford power slip rear end. even though it was still a one legger, it was really fast because of his power slip.

i told him i have lsd with big 275's on both cars and that he has a one legger with a 185 tire and if he was able to get traction, there was no way he had enough power to keep up, and even if he did have enough power to keep up, he would sit and spin all day. he still didn't listen so i told him we could go run right now for $100, and all of a sudden he believed me.

so that's the most ridiculicous thing i've ever heard, but as for you, a lowered 99 truck, vs. a stock 14-20 year old car, i think it might be close. if u had any suspension work at all you would take him, but supras are not very nimble.

would you go so far as to call the supra a fatass? trucks nowadays handle fairly well due to the weight, but id almost hesitate to put the supra up against one due to the weight issues, like Luv said.

i think it would depend on if the Supra had stock suspenition or not.

i raced a Hemi Magnum(sp?) and it kiled me until some turns, then it got pased. but really not the same tho.
