Molding on 89+ the smaller trim insert???

Does any one else have the smaller trim piece on there 89+ moldings falling off, or already fallen off? What did you do about it? Both of mine fell out of the modlings on both driver and pass doors. Any one find some sort of generic replacement, and just redo the entire car? I don't think it would be that difficult.
