Mkiv rotor shim thickness????

Does anybody know what thickness the shim has to be for the nightpager kit when using mk4 rotor's?
Have searched the forum and the net but can't find specs only pics:1zhelp:

front or rear?

mk3 hub is 60.1 mm
mk4 hub is 62.1 mm

that necessitates a 1mm spacer around the hub.
