i have an 87 5spd turbo, i called the toyota dealer here in central calif and was told for just the engine harness was 1550.00 and some change. needless to say i crapped my pants and almost passed out. anyone know what those vacumme things are under the intake manifold? and price.....i gues whatever it is, it is, i just spent an ass load on my 1990 targa turbo, new tranny, rebulit motor, 6 puck clutch ect, to find out the turbo is shot, and on my 87 turbo i just rebuilt the head and put a 60 trim on it with mls gasket, and the god damn mechanic caught the thing on fire, so my wires are burnt under the intake. he said its not his fault, so falling short of a court battle i need my car, so since the wires are not burnt too badly, i am going to ither replace the whole harness and give him the receit to reimburse, or try to re wire it, it ran, but now wont start, 5 codes thrown, off the top of my head they were 52 (knock sensor) easy to re wire, code 41 and 42, speed sensor and throttle position, and cant remember the other, 20 something, the mass air flow and some air temp. so thats where im at, gonna sell the 90 targa for cheap to finish my 87. any help will be awsome.

California-spec Turbo cars didn't have as much extra stuff like the N/A's did. The Cali/Non-Cali 7M-GTE harnesses are the same.

(Yes this is the harness from the ECU to all the sensors, injectors, etc.)
