MK3 won't shut off after 2jzgte vvti swap

To start off, my car is a 1992 turbo auto converted to 2jzgte vvti r154.

The problem: car won't shut off after turning ignition off. Car stays on until I disconnect either the battery, EFI fuse, or EFI relay.

The Aristo ecu M-relay output has 12 volts when switched on. I turn the car on and it starts fine. Then once I turn the ignition switch off, the engine keeps on running and there are 12 volts at M relay at aristo ecu and at the efi main relay.

Any suggestions?

If you turn the key to the ON position, then turn it off, without starting the car, does anything else stay on? Just a shot in the dark here, but could be something in the ignition switch. That said, full disclaimer, I am not great at electrical troubleshooting, so good luck!

betting you have the +B constant powering the ECU instead of the switched +12V from MRLY.

Check with a volt meter, the power pins on the ECU there should be 1 thats constant 12 volt. and I think 2 main 12V swtiched.
