Mk3 2jz swap question! HELP!

I had a 2jz swap in my gray plug 89 supra. I recently bought an 87 shell and am going to swap it over to that one. Will I need to redo the engine harness since its the yellow plug? And help is appreciated!

body plugs might be diferent

Body plugs will be different color. Iirc they should plug in but you will have to move a couple wires around.

C1 connector might be different as well.
