Misfire under boost?

I just got my swap up and running. The car runs fine, throttles up to rpm cut fine (clutch pushed in), NSF wire has been cut, but anytime I go to boost the car seems to drop a cylinder or two, misfiring and a lack of power with no CEL. This is stressing me out to say the least... Any ideas?

Thanks hvyman. Been searching google since this post and it deff seems that the coils are the first to look at with my situation. Is there anyway to test these coils aside of looking for obvious cracks?

Another thing that never hurts to check, your gap on your spark plugs. Make sure they're all close as possible to the same gap, .027-.030 is a pretty good starting point for our engines.

Had the same problem, an injector clip came undone (retainer came out/broken clip), clipped it back on and put in new NGK BKR7E plugs gapped at .026 and ran perfect without popping on top end. LC-1 even picked up on it and threw a error 8 code. Didn't know u had a 2J ihateu3, still miss 5M :(

Good luck man!
