MFC questions

i have a blitz mfc and im interested to know how it works.. or well more how to work it.. it has 3 adjustments.. "start" "initial" and "gain" to controll the fueling.

i picked it up from a parts car but have no idea how to work it.. can anyone explain to me what each adjustment means?

blitz MFC (multi fuel controller) i have only seen one other so far but seems a newer model. likely to have the same layout tho but i really don't know wtf im doing here.
