Just want to know which one is better HKS bead type or stopper type.

Ive heard the stopper is

Stopper, but your head and block had better be PERFECT. Even just having them cut isn't good enough. They're got to have a RA of 30 (pretty much smoother than glass)... not many shops can accomplish that.
