Well after spinning a rod bearing on cylinder 3

i got a new rebuilt short block zero miles on everything.

i also shimmed the oil pick up to hang down lower.

took the head apart to get port polished 5 angle valve job new springs retainers ect ect.

intake manifold is on there for the looks but iv got a veilside replica in the mail coming with a 3 inch throttle body and the mvp motor sports top feed fuel rail and 800cc rc injectors.

everything is controled with AEM EMS.

My friend put down 600rwhp with a t78 @ 30psi through an auto on a 2jz. Looks like you have your work cut out for you for 700whp, but I hope you do it.

turbo is 2.5 out, intercooler is 3 inch in 3 inch out, throttle body is 3 inch thats why its setup like that. if i had unlimited funds it would have been a bigger turbo and 3 inch all the way but hell if i had unlimited funds i would have started with a supra.

oil pump took a crap on the first motor, my "low mileage jdm motor" ( rolls eyes) looked like it had 200,000 miles of build up inside so this time i am starting with a fresh motor.

Thats why I'm a little happy that I had to switch my pans. There was nothing on the inside of the pan.

i found some free time tonight....

finished the motor

bolted the motor to the car

now its just a waiting game for parts.
