OK, I havn't had much of a chance to mess with the car since I got it running because of school and work. I have a few things to go over and make sure they are correctly hooked up and setup. I just want a good solid list of things to check, try and adjust so that I can get it running good tonight.
The other night I finally got my setup all together and running. Including 680cc's and MAFTPRO. I believe its all wired correctly, and the 680's are hard to screw up. (To clarify, when wiring the injector clips in, it doesnt matter
which wire goes to witch on the harness correct? I know i read that somewhere on here) I have all the sensors and electronics in the engine bay hooked up to my knowledge.
When I fired it up, it idled absolutely perfectly at 900rpms (where i have it set, no ISC valve) but will hesitate to rev and wont rev at all past 3000rpms, it will just cut out and fall back down. It seems similar to what happened when I left the AFM unplugged once. And well since I have the MAFTPRO, the afm plug is open. I read that sticking a 2.2k resistor in the end of the plug between THA and E2 (I believe) will cure an AFM code when using MAFTPRO. Could this be my culprit?
On top of this I get a code 11, interruption in power to the ecu. I will be checking and going over all the electrical connections I can find looking for lose wires and such.
I am going to check the wiring on the MAFTPRO again and make sure everything is hooked up and hooked up correctly. My question is What else should I look for and check? What could be causing my problems?
Thanks a lot-
Chris
