lucas assenbly lube?

So im working on my motor for my cressida. Any takes on the lucas lube? Should i use it or is it junk?

The assembly lube is fine to use, though there is better. Redline comes to mind
Stay away from the oil additives like the plague.

Clevite 77 bearing guard is the best I have ever used. Not sure where you could get it cept maybe a machine shop supplier.
