LT1 MAF for 7M

My friend is telling me I can use my Camaros MAF and translator to upgrade the stock 7M one....My question though is Granetelli sells and upgraded version for my car, is that one also able to be used for an even higher upgrade?

Your friend is wrong. Plain and simple. The Lexus 1UZFE AFM is the only upgrade that you can run with stock electronics, as long as you run 550cc injectors.

if by translator you mean something along the lines of a MAFT system, then yes you can, although people tend to go for the LS1 maf.
