Low oil pressure?

It is in the owners manual. I'd tell you but my car is in the shop along with the manual. I thought i'd read it was 18-30something? but I could be horribly mistaken. So someone else correct me.
4.3 psi or higher at idle.
36-70ish at 3000 RPM plus. With high mileage, it is unlikely you will see 70, unless the engine bearings have been replaced at some point.

my car is around 36 even when i get on it, how can i keep the pressure up, would i need to buy a new pump or what?

That's why I tend not to try not to actually answer questions in threads I've seen quite a few times before. :dunno:
a lot. My oil pressure is about there too...maybe try switching to a thicker oil? On my car, when running 20W-50, i get 40psi on a cold start, and with 10W-40 I get around just over 30psi...so, yea.
