Ok so they were on the other day then suddenly stopped. The fogs will still come on and the high beams work but no low beam. Checked for voltage and theres none. Ideas? My first thought was the relay. Though I do not know where its located.

retractor control relay under dash, it's a blue box the size of a deck of cards...

Other places to look would be fuses, the relay under the hood (but then you wouldn't have high beams), and the bulbs themselves

Since Integration Relay #2 controls the headlight relay it can't be at fault. As you said, no headlight relay, no high beams. Same goes for the headlight fuses. That leaves the combo switch or wiring. That said since the HL relay and high beams are working the two portions of the combo switch that control those must also be working. Doesn't leave much...

on both sides ?

yes both sides are out.

on a sad note the high beams are barely any brighter than most of the current cars low beams and since im lowered they dont even hit that high on most cars...

JJ: I had just the low beams fail and it was the Integration Relay #2, didn't make sense from the wiring diagrams, but changing it fixed the issue.

Almost sounds like you popped the headlight fuses in the underhood fuse box, I blew one (messing with wiring and accidently shorted) and the light was super dim but on...

Blue box, can't miss it (it slides off the bracket pretty easily as well). It's under the driver's side dash if you can't figure out where the pic was taken.

alright went out to the parts car today and grabbed the only blue box that was even on the harness. Interesting size for a relay. Its labeled Retractor relay. Looks it has to be it. So will try to go out and swap this out real quick and see if it helps.
Thanks

Well checked all the fuses in the engine bay and replaced the retractor relay. Still no go...
When they were on and I was working on the car I heard a click before they quit working. Is there another relay for them in the engine bay?
Also while the low beams dont work one of the fogs does. Replaced both bulbs and checked them and they were fine. So 1 works while on low beam even when the mains dont work and then when you switch to high beams the fogs switch off like they should and the high beams work....

lol, jetjock in my case it was that relay...

I know it's rare, but still.

In my case I disconnected the combination switch and jumped the pins manually to make sure it wasn't that, and it still didn't work.
