Also parts are expensive for the audi. My vote is for an accord. They are cheap, reliable, easy to work on, and parts are very easy to find at both parts stores and junkyards. Same goes for the civic but being a large guy, ill gladly sacrifice a few MPGs for the extra room.

I've always had luck with my audis and my girl and I have/had a lot of them. 200's are very reliable, V8's are nightmares. 100's are fine, but look for a 1991 200 and test drive it. 4000's are very reliable as are the 90's and coupes. Most of the parts are not as expensive as people think..

Currently we have:
(2) coupe quattros
(2) A8's
(1) 4000
(1) 91' 200 Avant
(1) V8Q

Slow, simple, boring. These three things make for a good daily driver. Granted, we all have different definitions of these three things, so...

Only thing I can say about Audis is that comparatively speaking, parts will be more expensive than something more common such as the Accord/Camry, Civic/Corolla, etc. One of my guys has an Audi 90 20v, he picked it up on the cheap, but it'll end up costing him in the long run I think.

Well, I'm picking upa car tomorrow. It's a 93 Acura integra GS with a b20b swap. Car is from Florida and has ZERO rust. Almost looks Factory fresh.
