Lex AFM + 440s??

Howdy All,

Long time reader, first time thread starter-upper. :icon_eek:

Background:

I recently purchased a Lex AFM + 550s from someone on another forum. It turns out the 550s are bad. :icon_sad:

Questions:

Can I get away with using the Lex AFM w/ my stock 440s to yield increased power so long as it's tuned correctly with my SAFCII?

or

Should I stay with stock AFM and stock 440s until I can get the 550s rebuilt by RCEng?

Right on. John's a really cool guy. I bought my K&N kit from him.

So, now I'm wondering if I'd need to upgrade my fuel pump like he did to get enough fuel out of the 440s?

I should let it be known that my goal is a reliable/modest 300 rwhp. I'm not trying to break records or anything.

Profec B
K&N FIPK
2.5" to 3" Megan Racing dp
3" HK$ catback w/ gutted cat
HK$ MHG tq'd to 80 ft-lbs
A342 (1JZ) a/t tranny
