if you changed nothing on your car (stock) and the a/f is at 11.5 @ WOT then there's definatly something wrong with your intake because the supra should run rich @ wot with no piggyback or similar device. Your problem is most likely caused by an air leak.
Spray carb cleaner along your intake piping and see if the revs go up, or something else changes like your a/f. You might just be able to pinpoint the trouble area.
It must be something 'AFTER' the afm (as the amount of air is already measured and fuel is injected accordingly) and 'BEFORE' your throttle body.
A leaking aftermarket (air vented!) BOV is very common to cause these problems.
An a/f of 19 @ idle, 14.7 @ cruise and 11.5@wot won't hurt your supra one bit. However, please correct the problem before the problem gets worse.
