-On a cold start it will hit 13-14afr for a second then .01 by .01 work its way to 18 and off the scale. idles high at first like normal but will NOT richen up. and of course it starts to miss fire at idle after this. If i turn it off and restart warm it will start to lean out as well.

-boost gauge (mechanical) is very slow to respond now. it will stay on 20hg of vac with heavy blips of the throttle and respond VERY slowly to boost or letting off the gas. I removed the small line to my boost gauge, and idle didnt change a bit, Clogged?

-Once warmed it will idle and drive in closped loop at a perfect 14.8-15.2, however if left to idle long enough it will climb to 16.2 and stay there if not higher.

-Unplugged o2 sensor on startup, NO change, just pegged lean.
-Leak test didnt show anything leaking.
-o2 checks out per tsrm except the heater reads 4.6 ohms (high), worth the $40 to replace? (only a few thousand miles on it as well.)
-ISC cheks out on the ohm meter as well,
-Temp/time switch for csi is BRAND new.

-IC connectors are tight and all vac lines are connected, going to ziptie all of them in a minute, but im stumped on this.

-what am i overlooking?

when pinched the isc hose will kill the motor after 5-10 seconds.

just figured out that the pvc and catch can setup from previous owner bypassed the tb pvc connection. ill fix that, but can that cause my issue?

vacuum port on the back side of the intake mani. nearest firewall wont blow back into manifold if i blow into it, is this normal if the engine isnt running?

*ALL vac lines are new, most everything from sensors to hoses is new, including gaskets through out the motor, the motor it self (oem rebuild)*

rerouted pcv setup to like stock using tb port and pre turbo inlet. also cleared vac line clog and fixed the boost gauge and vac is perfect 20inhg and responding correctly.
temp sensor for ecu is new as well and reads correctly per ohms to tsrm chart

ok, think i hit the wall hard enough that i made it through...

timing was at 11-12 btdc when checking per tsrm, backed it down to 10 and miss fires seemed to stop all together. af ratio smoothed out to normal as well, and only blips higher the 16.5 or above for a few seconds before dropping to norm. only thing, car was fully warmed up.

can timing advance of 1-2 degrees affecet the idle afr like it has on mine?
