JZ Ecu's the same

I have heard people say that the 1j and 2j manual ecu's are the same as the automatic ones..is that true?

they are interchangeable but only one way, but they arent interchangeable between motors without jumper harnesses

you can use a manual or automatic ecu on a manual transmission car

but you cant use a manual ecu on an automatic car
