I recently acquired a JDM throttle body to use with a ffim project I have started. It looks like the JDM TB has an idle screw adjustment unlike the US counterparts. Is this an idle adjustment screw? If it is would it be possible for me to ditch the ISCV alltogether? I'm using a stock ECU and I'm fairly certain it does not care if there is an ISCV or not but would there be any adverse effects to just idling the car with this screw? Thanks!

Yes early cars had it. Later cars had it blocked off.

Not sure about the isc and stock ecu. But if you run the maft pro you can just mount the isc under the intake manifold out of site and just put a little air filter on it.
