What would be a good power plant for a arround 450hp, DD/Drift Lexi??

Could you use the stock 2JZGE block with a metal head gasket and a 1JZ head???

My buddy has a T04R turbo and wastegate, a IS and is looking to go single turbo on it...

Or would it be better to just NA-T it??

Any thoughts, or advise??

Well, he could NA/T it but wont be able to run a lot of boost due to high compression.

The boost would come on quick if he gets a good sized turbo for the setup, which would be better than alot of lag for a "drift" setup.

My .02, if its his DD don't boost the shit out of it, if he wants it to last.
