Guy is completely of his rocker. If nothing else he should have been issued citations for Speeding, marked lanes, failure to stop, and maybe driving to endanger.
HE called the cop scared, Im suprised he didnt come out gun drawn.

In my area, the cop would have had a gun to his head. Shit, I've been pulled for speeding, and told keep my hands on the dash, and if I move I'll get "a bullet in the head". This guy would definitely be locked up if he were here.

i wish cops were that nice here. i find it hard to believe it was a real cop. in cali he would have 10 chp and a chopper on his ass in no time. most chp don't take any shit.

that cop had alot of paitence with that guy, how is it us nice guys run into cops that are rude and joe shmoe with a screw loose and a video camera get the patient ones
