ok, so heres the deal, my interior heater is working sporadically, ive narrowed the problem to a bad fan / bad controller,

this is how i did it, (Maybe i missed somethin.)
Checked the fuse. its good
Checked to see if its getting hot Air. hot air comin from vents, just no fan pushin it.

Checked controller to see if vents change position, ie. switchin form circulation to fresh air.

maybe i missed somethin but on what ive checked i think its somethin in there, any ideas?

No air moving at all, regardless of the temperature selected or fan speed? If so, it's possible that all the coils in the blower resistor are shot... I'd check those before digging in to the heavy stuff.

yes. thats true, no air moving w.e temp selected or speed. everything else still works, if u think its the coils in the resistor, where might i find that? near the blower i guess?

If you look at the bottom of the blower assembly there's a plate with one screw holding it in and a 4 or 5 wire harness plug running to it. Pull it out and you should see a few coils on the other side... that's it.

did and their good

Sorry, I just re-read your post and saw that you did say you replaced it already... My experience with the blower and the rest of the heating and A/C system is quite limited, I'm going to bow out and let the more knowledgeable guys speak up.
