Interior Color Question

When I put in my new suspension I accidentally tore up some of my rear interior stuff pulling it out. I just bought all new (used) stuff from jarco..

It was advertsied as "burgundy" but as yuo can see in the pic attached, the darker ( more burgundy color) is my old stuff and the lighter one is from jarco.

My questions are :

1. Are there 2 different reddish interior colors
2. Does anybody have any of the correct burgundy rear panels they wanna sell?

You sure it was never repainted? I've never seen interior that dark. Thats almost a brown. :wtf:

I think the brighter on is pre 89. my 89 is just like the darker one

my interior is the darker maroon color

my car is a 89 turbo

My car is an 87, and i'm pretty sure it has the darker burgundy...i'm thinking that the lighter one is just faded.

you think i should jus spray paint it or something instead of sending it back?

Just paint it. It will save the hasstle in sending it back.


Oh and reason i was saying it was possibly repainted was because my interior was repainted Shadow Grey over blue. First thing that popped into my head.

Don't bother trying to find any paint other than SEM, they're the only ones I found that actually match (real close) our burgundy

I have a 2 pre-89's and they both have the darker burgundy colored interior, so it's not a pre-89 thing

My 87 was like the darker burgundy. The lighter one may be faded.

SEM Is a company that makes paint products, they have specialty interior (vinyl / plastic) paints that match OEM colors

Since I'm such a nice guy I'll go snap you a picture, give me a minute

Here you go, It is a little bit lighter, but only really noticeable in BRIGHT light
