intake and exhaust cam specs.. anybody know them??

figured there would be this info somewhere in this vast achive of knowledge, but i cant seem to find this. need to degree the cams on a 7m, never done that and i need to know the cam specs. degree, lift, duration, ect. much appreciated.

To degree the cams you will need the timing events also, not just the specs. If your trying to do a set of stock cams, Toyota already provided timing marks on the gears and backing plate to put you nearly zero. Pin in the center hole.

Intake Valve timing - Opening 6° BTDC
Intake Valve timing - Closing 50° ABDC

Exhaust Duration 201
Exhaust Camshaft lift 7.44mm

Exhaust Valve timing - Opening 53° BBDC
Exhaust Valve timing - Closing 3° ATDC

Note that there is no mention of what lift that these figures were taken at.
IMO, they are not 256 cams, as HKS made cams in both 248 & 256 (at zero lift).
I have seen figures around 240 at zero lift for the stock cams.
