You need a phillips and thats it. Theres about 3-5 screws holding in the black trim around the shifter and ashtray depending on how easy you want to do and then after you remove that there is the top part above the cluster and then there is some screws that hold in the cluster. Its not hard just look for the screws and remove them. Just dont get mma on the plastic pieces cause the break easy.

look to make sure there is nothing still screwed in than pull it out slowly cause you will have to unplug the cluster harness...

Did you remove the rubber/plastic part around the stereo and climate controls? There is a screw that holds in the top plastic part and then there is a screw on the bottom of the controls to the right of the steering wheel also and then that pops off.

After you remove all the screws from the upper plastic part is should almost fall off as usually either/or the dash is warped or the plastic part is broken.

You basically have to remove everything around the cluster to get to the cluster and if you really want remove the steering wheel, its another thing to pull but it will make taking he cluster out 10x easier unless you have a little wheel. But you can slide it out if you dont want to take it off.
