Installing Fuel Rail

I'm installing the fuel rail, there are three spacers and three plastic washer, I installed the plastic washer between the rail and and the spacer,.. or do I need to flip flop it?

The metal spacer goes on the cylinder head and the black plastic spacer goes between the metal spacer and the fuel rail.
