Well, I don't know what type of package they use on their IC's but, it's going to matter. Depengind on which package the IC is there will be a "key" either at one end or on one corner of the chip, it's usually an indention or clipped corner in the IC's case. Make sure the key on the new chip is in the same place as the key on the old one.
