Install advise.

Is there any advise on what I should check or look for when putting the engine back in. Im kinda sure I have the majority of the parts but when I bought the car it didnt have the engine in it. So Im kinda sketchy on how the best way would be to put it it. I was thinking with the trans attached. Also is it easier to install the harness before or after?

You can search different build threads and get a feel for what goes where and how to do things.

The TSRM is also a great source.

It is easier to leave the tranny attached for removal and install.

Is the wiring harness in the car or out? If it's in, just leave it in. If the harness is already out, read below...

This part is personal preference; but, I would attach the wiring harness to the engine while it's out and then install the engine. You'll have to take great care in watching to make sure you don't hang and/or rip any of the wires. Once in, you then just push the harness thru the firewall.

If that makes you uncomfortable, install the engine first then attach the wiring harness.

The harness is out now. Im still waiting on a clutch but was wanting the engine in and ready. Just didnt know if they were a PITA to install under the car. Thanks
