HI, i am doing a big rebuild, i have everything but the injectors, i am planing to run 22psi on a big 64trim turbo and map ecu.
I will be runing 3 inches exhaust no cat, forged pistons and rods, metal head gasket, arp head bolts, ceramic clutch, ported and polished head, turbo header, 64 trim turbo, 22psi, polished stock intake manifold, walbro 255 fuel pump, 2.25 intercooler pipes, egr blocked and electric fans + weight reduction mods. What size injectors should i pick? and how much rwhp do you think i will get?:naughty:

how much power you want, to give you an idea, you would want something bigger than your hp goal (example: 500 horse, atleast a 550cc, 600horse atleast a 680, also note you might want to consider dual fuel pumps past 500hp for that just in case factor). Depending on your compression ratio and type of fuel being used, sounds like you would want atleast a 680, but thats my opinion. A good rule of thumb is calculate your max power with a duty cycle of no more than 80%, if a certain injector will be passed 80%, go to one size larger, also, what kind of map system are you using, translator? Emanage? Standalone?

im useing 720's, but i bet my timing is dangerously advanced! the reason i got 720's is i plan on running e85 almost full time if it becomes available soon.
