ok so we were testing my new fuel pump, had it running off the ignition wire directly and then to a switch, thats my first mess up, i'd also like to mention that i have blown my IGN fuse and upgraded to a 25, well we had it running for about 5 minutes and then it shut off, i thought maby my battery died, but thats a no, cause i have charged it all day today

so to keep it simple i have no interior power at all, i have pulled every fuse out and nothing, i even reset my circuit breakers. nothing. do you think ECU?

Thank you for that wise input.

Now,
did you just look at the fuses or did you actually test them? Sometimes fuses will blow where you can't see them.

this is what i was thinking, that and completely replacing fuses is quiet cheap.

i have only visually inspected the fuses. and i have swaped out my ign fuse with a fog light fuse, so a 15amp with 15amp instead of the 25amp i had in there, and well it still didnt work, now again currently i am running off of the white wire, and the brown wire. those are the wires im using to test the interior power while i have my engine out, the only thing i get is my CEL on all the time and my air fuel ratio guage. but there is no cd player no dash lights or head lights at all, nothing just that CEL. now are you trying to say the fuseable links are behind the fuse box? or near the battery

and there wasnt any smoke at all, i mean i have burned up many wires in my time and every one that i have smoked bad :p like a fog machine in the car, and there was nothing burning at all so thats why i'm sticking to a fuseable link/ECU/fuse

yea the engine is out of the car, there is a fatty white wire and a fatty brown wire that you can hook a positive and ground to body to give power to the interior of the car, but as for where the wires run to exactly i dont know. and yea i'll check the engine on the stand :p

ok so i tested the IGN fuse. and what i get back is 8.2 volts. and also .8 volts at the main key cylinder on the ignition side. i tested the battery and it is at a steady 12.6 volts. any ideas? i tested the white wire all the way up to the firewall and it stayed at a 12.6v, there was no loss, but somewhere inside the car is where i loose it and it goes from 12.6v to .8v, i took the fuse out and re-tested it straight from the fuse terminal points, and i got 8.2v on the upper terminal, and .0v w/ key off/ but .8v w/ key on. sooooooo lost and confused, cause i dont really understand this ignition shit on our cars and its sooo confusing in the wireing diagrams, at least the rout of all these wires. now i did read that there is a fuseable link on the wire somewere. but the location still looses me. so any ideas would be helpfull, otherwise i need a plan B because this will not help me when point comes to my motor being put in. kinda need ignition power for the electronics "fuel controller/boost controller"
