In the morning or when the engine is cold i start the engine and it dies within 4 seconds.I have to keep my foot on the gas just enuff to where she does'nt die.I try to adjust the gas pedal cable and that little bolt that is on the throttle choke. The idle is either to high around 1400 rpm or to low around 700 which should be around 750.Their was a code that came up whick was 64.Something dealing with the solinoid, forgive my spelling.I also checked the mass air flo connection which was my problem last year.Could relate to the mass air flow.

cold start injector might be clodded... its under neath on the upper intake manifold on n/a's... or you sensor might be bad on the thermostat housing.
(they tend to get clogged with crap and get dirty)

Could someone post pictures on where exactly these are and post some simple instructions...

I am a compete rookie (if that) and am having issues that are similar, however not quite as bad (simply running AC will keep engine on, doesn't need throttle)

Thanks!

Thanks,i'll check the cold injector. On the thermostat housing i broke the nipple on top.those two blue plastic nipples that the vaccum hoses connect to.I was still able to squeeze the hose over the top.I hear a hissing noise near the pressure regulator

if you have vaccum leaks too those never sit well with a motor... i zip tie all of mine just for the fact i know there sealed...

but you should pull your codes again and see what comes up just in case. usually narrows it down to whats wrong.
