After doing a search and looking through five pages of posts, I still can't find how to adjust the idle. If someone would tell me where in the tsrm idle adjustment is located i'd greatly appreciate it.

You dont the ecu makes that adjustment. Check all your vac hoses more than likely you have big leak some where. I had the same issue with my car it would idle around 1000rpm it turned out to be a vac hose was completly off around the harmonic balancer.
If you have the pre-89 throttle body, it has a bleed screw that will allos some air in. This will bring your idle up or down if you really need to mess with it. As mentioned though, our cars are meant to set the idle automatically. If it's not working, then you need to find the source of your problem.

I adjusted mine with the idle screw in the TB when I installed a new ISC after first buying the car. Set to 650rpm, no regrets.
