recently i my friend help take off the idle control valve aka Iac and cleaned it, so hopefully it would fix the start with low idle and then die.
now im paranoid that he put it back in corretly, so the question is after taking off the IAC when u look into the intake manifold, is the black rubber piece suppose to be sitting on top of the orange gasket? or is it suppose to sit on the bottom. or wrap around it?
