I need to find some drag racing articles!

hey guys, help me out on a project... I have to find some articles on drag racing so I can write abstracts on them. They cant be "How-to" so thats the hardest part in trying to find them.

for an example of what Im looking for, here's one I just did:

It was an article on wind resistance, and I related wind resistance and its effects to drag racing. Just a straight informative article, thats what I need

Thanks guys for helping me out, I missed a week of school a while back, and now I have a shit load of work to do.

Don't forget how important hand eye coordination is for changing gears at the right rpm's, or how quick you have to react for the best reaction times. I think you'll breeze through this assignment. Brent looks like he's given you a good headstart. Good luck..................lol

that will definately be usefull when I go to write my paper, but If I try to turn that in as a topic for an abstract... ill get it handed right back!

they work like this:

1. I read the article
2. In the first paragraph of the article I put who it was written by, what it was published in (website/magazine/etc), then I basically write the spark note version of the article in that paragraph
3. I write my thoughts and opinions on the article

this whole thing has to be under 1 page double spaced, its a very very short assignment, but I have to do 5 of them, and finding articles are hard!

Go check out a few popular-mechanics magazines and have at it.

I'm sure you can find something in there. I should know, I read em.

I made a list of shiz that I have to do for this class... came out to an estimated 11 hours and 15 minutes of work, and that is VERY conservative with the numbers.

(still looking for articles/ contemplating suicide)

Wait till you work on real research papers, where you practically live in the library.

I remember those days when I needed to give micro-bio speaches in class.
Specializing in genetic manipulation and bio-engineering, where you have to back up everything you say with RAW data.

That's stress.

Look at your assignments as if they were just "busy work."
