I NEED HELP!

I just bought this 1986.5 N/A. Its got alot of high-end power. Now how do I give it some low-end power also so I can get off the line quicker?

Fix the ACIS? Does it suddenly have a "surge" of power at/around 4200 rpms?

Yea. Once Im in like the high end of 2nd gear, this car rockets off. But when I'm in first gear, its like driving a freight truck! Whats ACIS?
