I need HALP identifying this turbo please!! GT37 or Gt40? :dunno:

Here's the skinny,

I have an opportunity to buy this Turbo at a great price, but the owner does not know for sure what it is.

Things the guy does know:


"Compressor A/R- .81
Turbine A/R- .54
V-Band
Turbine Housing P/N- 448315-1 (Garrett rep told me this was an uupgraded turbine housing)
Compressor housing has M33 on it
Wheel Measured about 63.5mm*
Inlet is about 95mm*

Just a heads up measurements were done by me converting inches to mm so there is some room for error"


I have narrowed it down to a Garrett GT37 or GT40, but not sure.

I have attached some pics, please take a look and tell me what you think.

Gt3776 or 3782.

The inlet sticks out farther and the outlet is straight. All the 40's have a little curve at the end.
